A regional one court of the USA rejected the objections filed by Kaspersky Lab supporting the ban on the company's software on federal service computers.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, sitting in Washington, issued the ruling on Wednesday dismissing the two lawsuits filed by Kaspersky against the United States and the Ministryof Internal Security.
Recall that the use of the products of Kaspersky, a Moscow-based security company, was banned in all US government agencies after the company was involved in a spying story. The company was accused of acquiring access on top secret NSA data.
Kaspersky has filed two lawsuits challenging the accusations of the government, arguing that he was violating the fifth amendment. But on Wednesday, judge Kollar-Kotelly briefly concluded that Kaspersky's two objections were not right and that its products would still not be used by government agencies.
For her part, Kaspersky said she would refer the cases to the Court of Appeals, seeking to overturn Kollar-Kotelly's decision.
Kaspersky Lab supports that these actions are the product of unconstitutional practices and wrongfully accuse the company without "substantiated evidence."
