Microsoft has just released Cumulative Update KB4464330 for Windows 10 systems in 1809, Windows Server 2019 LTSC, and Windows Server ACore in 1809. The update uploads OS Build to the 17763.55 version.

Those who have installed Windows 10 October 2018 Update can install the update. The rest would be to wait for Microsoft to update the installation ISO with the new Fix.
