The Kodi application development team has announced the availability of its final version Kodi 19.1 “Matrix”.
The new update comes with a long list of changes and improvements, such as decoding for AV1, music Matrix-inspired visualization, subtitle visual improvements, GUI improvements to manage notches on iOS devices, and more.

Kodi (formerly called XBMC) is a free application open code. The main use of the app is like Media Center, but it packs a lot of features that make it one of the best out there right now.
Kodi is open source software and runs as a multimedia center. The application allows you to access and save to content, such as music and video, on multiple devices simultaneously.
You can run this content on any device such as: laptop, smartphone or tablet, TV, but also on any operating system, such as Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, and Raspberry Pi.
