The Kodi application development team has announced the availability of its final version Kodi 19.1 “Matrix”.
The new update comes with a long list of changes and improvements, such as decoding for AV1, music Matrix-inspired visualization, subtitle visual improvements, GUI improvements to manage notches on iOS devices, and more.

Kodi (formerly called XBMC) is a free open source application. The main use of the app is like Media Center, but it contains many features that make it one of the best in the world today.
Kodi is open source software and is released as centre multimedia. The app lets you access and store content, such as music and videos, on multiple devices simultaneously.
You can run this content on any device such as: laptop, smartphone or tablets, TV, but also on any operating system, such as Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, and Raspberry Pi.
