The first commercial Tango smartphone Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is also available for the European market. THE device was first released in the United States last month, but apparently Lenovo has decided to make its rather unusual smartphone available in some European countries as well.
Currently, the Phab 2 Pro is available at Lenovo's online stores in France, the Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. The new device costs 499 euros.
The smartphone is currently available only on Champagne Gold (Gunmetal Gray will come soon) and will not be available in countries other than those mentioned above. So, for anyone interested in acquiring the device, you will need to order the smartphone from any of Lenovo's online stores from the above countries. (links at the end of publication)
In addition to the usual charger and USB cable, Lenovo also added JBL headphones inside the sales package.
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is definitely not for everyone. The smartphone has a huge 6,4 inch screen that supports Quad HD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels).
The Phab 2 Pro comes with an octa-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 (Tango edition) clocked at 1.8GHz, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is equipped with four cameras that work together with Tango and a specially developed software that allows state-of-the-art AR experiences on the smartphone.
In addition, the rear cameras are 16-megapixel RGB, which give extra depth and fisheye for ultra-wide panoramic angles. There is also another one camera 8-megapixel on the front for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, has a USB Type-C port and is powered by a huge battery of 4.050 mAh.
