The pro-Palestinian group hackers who call themselves KDMS Team have violated her website Metasploit, of a leading security company, using a device fax.
Hack was a simple redirection of DNS, which allowed attackers to change the files they say in browsers that are the Web Server of the Web page. As you understand the hit was not directly on the site's server but on DNS that redirected visitors to another site.
In this case, as reported by Guardian, the notable thing is that the redirection was carried out via a fax received by Register.com, which hosts its domain Metasploit.
"We are in the process of assessing the situation", they report from the Rapid7, The mother Metasploit company, “but it looks like the site was hijacked via a fake DNS change request that arrived at Register.com by fax. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
