Microsoft: With Windows 10 you need to be patient!

Windows we all know has changed. Windows as a Service is here with Windows 10, and allows Microsoft to update its product continually and to have updates faster than before.

The new approach seems quite practical, although some imperfections, such as the difficulty of some users to get updates, or Microsoft's practice, have been made available to have updates for everyone.

Is it too early to criticize the new model? Probably not…Windows 10

So today Microsoft commented on just that, explaining that despite the criticism, users should really be patient with Windows 10 because it takes time to improve the new . He also added that this cannot happen overnight.

Gabriel Aul, head of the proWindows Insider, which allows registered members to test new builds of Windows 10 before they are released to the general public, responded to criticism from Twitter users, reiterating that with the new operating system, the development process will never end.

"Not everything can be implemented easily and quickly. "But growth is continuous, and it is not all or nothing," said Aul.

Of course this is true. Some features require more time to grow and others fail to function as expected.

This is why we have encountered several failures in the new operating system.

On the other hand, it can not be used constantly as an excuse by Microsoft, which should more closely control builds before releasing them to the public.

Otherwise, running the company to deliver new features as quickly as possible could end up bad, as users will not stop criticizing the company.

Terry Myerson, head of the Microsoft Windows department, said much the same thing in July when he was talking about Windows 10:

"For the first time, we will deliver Windows as a Service, with a commitment to provide ongoing innovation and security updates. In this world, Windows 10 is constantly evolving and will continue to be better and better for consumers and businesses. ”

Putting it advocate of the devil, we should add that Microsoft should think very seriously that Windows as a Service should not be a functional targeting testers but customers and businesses that work with their computers.
Faster updates at the expense of stability and in general at its expense , is a very serious point for the evaluations that the company will receive from the end user.

As a reminder to mention that we make our reputation ourselves….
