Big reshuffles at Microsoft today, as the CEO Satya Nadella just announced internal moves that want Nokia's former CEO and head of mobile devices and services Stephen Elop to leave the company.
Elop will be followed by other executives who have already been confirmed to leave the company.
According to The Verge, another high-ranking executive, Jo Harlow, who worked with Elop, is reportedly leaving the company.
Jo Harlow is not working for her Microsoft big space. He joined the company last year after Nokia's acquisition of Nokia devices and services.
He was appointed head of the telephone department at Microsoft for the term of the acquisition agreement and continued to work with Elop.
Harlow joined 2003 in Nokia, but began working with Elop and reported directly to 2011.
Its role in Microsoft will take on the head of Windows Terry Myerson, who will become the head of a new group called the Windows and Devices Group.
“The team will focus on enabling a more personal computing experience powered by the Windows ecosystem. This new team will combine efforts engineeringof today's Operating Systems Group and Microsoft Devices Group", said Satya Nadella, CEO of today's announcement.
So far we don't know more information about Harlow's fate, whether she'll continue at Microsoft or leave altogether.
