Major rearrangements in Microsoft σήμερα, καθώς ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος Satya Nadella μόλις ανακοίνωσε εσωτερικές μετακινήσεις που θέλουν τον πρώην διευθύνων σύμβουλος της Nokia και επικεφαλής του τμήματος mobile devices and services Stephen Elop to leave the company.
Elop will be followed by other executives who have already been confirmed to leave the company.
According to The Verge, another high-ranking executive, Jo Harlow, who worked with Elop, is reportedly leaving the company.
Jo Harlow is not working for her Microsoft big space. He joined the company last year after Nokia's acquisition of Nokia devices and services.
He was appointed head of the telephone department at Microsoft for the term of the acquisition agreement and continued to work with Elop.
Harlow joined 2003 in Nokia, but began working with Elop and reported directly to 2011.
Τον ρόλο της στη Microsoft, θα αναλάβει ο επικεφαλής των Windows Terry myerson, ο οποίος θα γίνει ο επικεφαλής μιας νέας ομάδας που θα ονομάζεται Windows and Devices Group.
“The team will focus on enabling a more personal computing experience powered by the Windows ecosystem. This new team will combine the engineering efforts of the current one Operating Systems Group and the Microsoft Devices Group”, said Satya Nadella, CEO of today's announcement.
So far, we do not know more about Harlow's fate, whether it continues on Micrsoft or will leave altogether.
