Microsoft Moonraker images, a code name used by the company for SmartWatch, appeared today on a Tumblr blog and were revealed by Evan Blass.

Nokia Moonraker SmartWatch never came to market, mainly because Microsoft wanted to promote the development of its Band.
While Moonraker had a series of sensors that allowed you to lift your hand to read texts or download it to disable the screen, Microsoft chose Band's release because it believed it had more functionality.

Microsoft is currently developing the second generation Band. While the software platform for the upcoming Microsoft Band 2 will remain the same. What is expected to change is the look and feel of the device. The next generation of the Band will be available later this year after the release of the Windows 10.
