Microsoft has announced a new phone that costs just $20, aimed at emerging markets.
It weighs just 70g, has a removable battery and charges via a Micro-USB port. A variant of the device has space for dual SIM. Microsoft said it intends to maintain Nokia's entry-level levels, as the company "has no other project that can reach" such prices, which are easily accepted in developing countries.
Nokia 105 and its dual-SIM variant will begin to be sold in selected markets around the world this month.
