Question 1. If we format it, do we lose the license?
Question 2. The market sends us a KEY which we put at the end of the windows installation, which asks us to put a code for office if we have one?

I don't know how the specific version works, but the 365 I bought has a little man on the top right. There you log in with the MS account you made the purchase with, so you no longer need the KEY.
