Microsoft has just announced that multi-factor authentication is now available to all users of Office 365 after its 2013 debut, which only concerned administrators.

The company explains that once the user has enabled multi-factor authentication, they will need to set up the second authentication factor during their next login. Each subsequent connection requires and will require the use of the code access and the recognized phone.
