RTM has a build name Windows 10 build 10240: Microsoft has completed development of Windows 10, which is now ready for public release later this month.
Sources familiar with Microsoft's plans told TheVerge that the company chose build 10240 as the final Release to Manufacturing (RTM), allowing PC manufacturers to immediately begin adapting it to new machines.

We understand that Microsoft with today's sign-off can announce RTM publicly by the end of the week or choose not to release it at all and focus on the date of official release.
Of course it's always possible to see the RTM from some unofficial channel to circulate freely in Internet...
As for the company's plans now, Microsoft should make build 10240 available to Windows Insiders first, as it will focus on finishing touches and fixes that can be distributed as an update rather than a full-fledged installation functional.
Today's Windows 10 RTM sign-off process is a milestone for Microsoft, as the company completed Windows 20 95 years ago.
