The fruit of Microsoft's partnership with Indian gadget maker IBall is called Splendo. It is a PC dongle that runs with operating system Windows 8.1.
The Splendo Pocket PC can be connected to TVs and monitors via HDMI.
It is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom processor with 2GB RAM and an 32GB storage disc.
It also has a microSDXC card slot and ports to connect both USB and Micro USB peripherals.
It even supports wireless devices via Bluetooth 4.0.
