Microsoft sues the US government (!)

Today, the filed a lawsuit in federal court in the Western District of Washington claiming that the US government is violating its users' constitutional rights.sheep wolf microsoft

The lawsuit alleges that his actions of Justice of they violate the Fourth Amendment, which protects the public from illegal searches and seizures, and requires notifications.

Microsoft says the Ministry does not let the company send email and other data tracking requests.

According to Electronics Communication Privacy Act (ECPA), the government has the να έχει πρόσβαση σε αρχεία που είναι αποθηκευμένα στο cloud, αν και η συγκεκριμένη νομοθεσία υπάρχει από την κυβέρνηση Reagan. Υποστηρικτές της προστασίας δεδομένων αναφέρουν ότι αυτός ο νόμος γράφτηκε πριν από την κατακόρυφη άνοδο του εμπορικού διαδικτύου και επομένως είναι ξεπερασμένος.

With this lawsuit, Microsoft seems to be starting a fight with Apple and other technology companies against the US government that does not stop collecting the data of Internet users.

Of course the paradox is that all the big companies collect data and in fact no one knows how they use it or where they have it. By this logic the above news seems to be pure for impressions…

Unless you believe our good Microsoft, fair Apple, and our pure Google will change the policy of the United States.

A prediction? After a "tough" legal dispute, the Ministry will give some postponed lists or anything else… so for the eyes of the people, just like the above news.

Now that we have learned that the oft sued the United States government we feel safer and will sleep soundly.
