Microsoft sues the US government (!)

Today, Microsoft filed a lawsuit at the Washington DC District Court claiming that the US government is violating the constitutional rights of its users.sheep wolf microsoft

Η μήνυση καταγγέλλει ότι οι δράσεις του Υπουργείου Δικαιοσύνης των they violate the Fourth Amendment, which protects the public from illegal searches and seizures, and requires notifications.

Microsoft says the Ministry does not let the company send email and other data tracking requests.

According to Electronics Communication Privacy Act (ECPA), the government has the to access files stored in the cloud, although specific legislation has been in place since the Reagan administration. Data protection advocates point out that this law was written before the commercial skyrocketed and is therefore obsolete.

With this lawsuit, Microsoft seems to be starting a fight with Apple and other technology companies against the US government that does not stop collecting the data of Internet users.

Of course the paradox is that all the big companies collect data and in fact no one knows how they use it or where they have it. By this logic the above news seems to be pure for impressions…

Unless you believe our good Microsoft, fair Apple, and our pure Google will change the policy of the United States.

A prediction? After a "hard" court fight the Ministry will give some backdated lists or whatever...so for his eyes , just like the news above.

Now that we have learned that Microsport has sued the United States government, we feel safer and we will be quietly asleep.
