Microsoft has just released the new Surface Pro 3 at a New York press event. Like the previous Surface tablets still carry a support, but the main Surface as mentioned by Panos Panay is designed to rid you of the dilemma of buying a laptop or tablet.
The device is 45% more "powerful" than previous models. "This is the tablet that can replace your laptop," says Panay.
It is very thin, its thickness is 9,1 and Microsoft refers to it as the "thinnest Intel Core product (i3 / i5 / i7) ever made" Its screen is 12 ″, and the stand is multi-stand. The screen resolution reaches 2160x1440px according to Panay.
Microsoft reports that Surface Pro 3 is lighter than a MacBook Air. We are not sure how clever this was, of course, from the company, as it is not really the best comparison. What about the extra weight of a keyboard? Microsoft naturally did not say anything about it.
