Microsoft has just released a new build of Windows 10 for PC and mobile Appliances for those enrolled in the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program.
This particular build comes with many new features, such as support for eBooks in the Windows Store. The eBooks will be published in the Windows Store from where the users they will be able to purchase, download and read them through the Edge browser.
In addition, the new build build incorporates a Cortana search box for PC, as well as alerts with a larger text than a personal assistant. Microsoft says it's just experimenting with these features and if it gets positive feedback from users it will keep them in its operating.

Create ISO:
Download the ESD of the new Windows 10

Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:
Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file in the same folder.
Now turn right click in the decrypt.cmd file and run it as Admin .
When you open it blue window, type 1 and press enter to start creating the ISO.
Sit comfortably and wait until the procedure is over.
