The congress Microsoft's Build 2018 isn't just for developers, as today Joe Belfiore will preview a new app called Your Phone.
The name of the application itself explains almost everything for the purpose of the application. Your Phone program will be a modern version of Phone Companion, although Microsoft itself says it takes a very different approach.
Your Phone will keep your phones in sync with PCs running Windows 10, offering quick access to content that is stored on the mobile device without having to unlock it. Joe Belfiore will demonstrate the app, showing how images, videos and documents on phones can be used through Windows 10.
Microsoft will make the app available to insiders sometime this weekteam, but the app is already available on Microsoft Store, and as it turns out, almost anyone can download it.
"Connect your phone and computer to send web pages from your phone directly to your computer to continue what you do, (read, watch or browse) with all the benefits of a larger screen," says description of the application.
