Alcatel in Barcelona presented the OneTouch Fire S, which is essentially the first tablets running with functional Firefox OS, as mentioned in the PhoneArena.
Don't get too excited, as this particular model will not be available in the market very soon as Alcatel presents it as a “concept”.
As far as its specifications are concerned, the Alcatel OneTouch Fire S will have a screen 7-inch qHD with analysis 540×960 pixels, a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and two VGA cameras.
Even if the tablet did not show up in Barcelona, Alcatel reports that the device will have 285g weight and thickness of 9.9 mm.
So far we have no clue as to when it could be marketed.
