The Neptune is a desktop Linux distribution based on the Debian Stable, but features a newer kernel, additional drivers, and newer versions of popular apps.

With the newly activated bookworm-backports repositories you can enjoy newer software updates for LibreOffice in version 7.4.7. Also updated the program browsing Chromium on version 122.0.6261 and Thunderbird on version 115.9. On the media front, VLC has received an update to version 3.0.20.”
