The Windows 9 is underway from Microsoft and according to various sources, the company is trying to release the first preview version later this year.
What is very interesting is that Microsoft is preparing a completely new system activationς για τα Windows 9, τα οποία θα βοηθήσουν την εταιρεία στην αντιμετώπιση της πειρατείας.
Today, thanks to a Super User's publication MDL forums, we have more information about the new activation system.
Microsoft will force any user who installs Windows 9 to create a Microsoft account and associate the key to the product they purchased with it. Once installed the operating system will take users to the company's Store where you will activate completely automatically. This way the buyer will never see the license key, which will make it more difficult to "break" the operating system, since everything is embedded in its code.
In case the user decides to change the computer or reinstall the operating system, he will have to remove the current activation through the Store. A special λήψη from Microsoft will allow users to burn Windows 9 to a disc or create one bootable USB in order to make the whole installation process easier.
There are some issues, however. As soon as Windows 9 is enabled, the Store of the company will retain the user's personal information, such as the name, address, and billing information, to associate a specific license with a computer. Needless to say, some may find it all unacceptable, but according to sources, the company is working to make it very safe.
Of course, such an activation system essentially requires an active Internet connection, and there is no doubt that there will be a secondary activation option, probably from the phone.
If a user installs Windows 9 without activating them, the operating system will run flawlessly for 3 days, and then it will be impossible to start.
All this information is rumors, and we should wait until Microsoft confirms or deny them.
