The arrests were conducted in the framework of targeted pan-Hellenic investigations to address the phenomenon of pornography of minors
Through profile on social networking page they dreaded a child to send her photos with obscene content
Two other nationals are also included in the case file
The Directorate for the Prosecution of Electronic Crime arrested, within the framework of the spontaneous procedure, two citizens (a 36-year-old and a 16-year-old), against whom a case was filed for pornography of minors via the Internet. In addition, two more citizens are included in the case file ages 47 and 16 years old.
The arrests took place in the framework of targeted surveys across Greece to counter the phenomenon of pornography of minors during the last ten days in Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki and Xanthi.
A complaint was made that a minor girl, after a seduction she received through social networking and communications websites, sent her obscene photos.
The competent prosecuting authorities were informed of the above, which issued a will to lift the secrecy of the communications. From online research που επακολούθησε και σε συνεργασία με τις εταιρείες υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου και κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, προέκυψαν τα στοιχεία των τεσσάρων εbluehaircuts.
In investigations carried out in homes in Thessaloniki and Vyronas, in the presence of a Prosecutor, two 2 laptops, an external hard disk and a mobile phone were seized in two cases and sent to forensic laboratories for further examination.
The arrested, with the case filed against them, were brought to the local competent Prosecution Authorities.
