To mark 30's birthday, Swatch built an automatic mechanic clock movement consisting of exactly 51 spare parts. The same number of components were used in its first quartz watch companys.
Η creation of this particular watch, is a real feat, as self-winding watches are much more complicated than quartz watches, often containing over 500 parts.
Apart from that, Sistem51 has something else that makes it stand out: A single screw connects all the spare parts allowing them to work. naked viscera of the public. The "chassis" of the watch is hermetically sealed, so that the mechanism inside will not need cleaning or lubrication.
Since the 51 is assembled entirely from robot, and not by human hands, sells for $150, in a market where prices are usually very expensive.
