Wireshark has earned the title of the best network protocol analyzer. It offers users the means to capture traffic that runs on a computer network or on a system, interactively. The app has just been updated to 1.21.5.
The developers of Wireshark released the small information to fix several issues. There are no new features as it is just a maintenance release.
According to the changelog, the new version of Wireshark fixes seven vulnerabilities that were detected in the LBMR, WebSocket, WCP, X11, and IEEE 802.11 dissectors, as well as the Android file parser and packet reassembly code.
Many errors were corrected, such as a crash that occurred when disabling the "Update list of packets in real time" option.
