HMD Global has not yet announced whether the new Nokia 3310 will be released globally or will only be available in some select countries of the company. But taking into account the fact that 126 has been sold by millions of original Nokia 3310 devices worldwide, 17 has been around for years, it is probably safe to say that the new version will be released in many countries.
A Mobile Today publication reveals that Carphone Warehouse will be the marketing company that HMD Global has chosen to cooperate with (initially?) in the United Kingdom. The sales company will be able to dispose of the device exclusively in the United Kingdom.
With the relaunch of the 3310 model, HMD Global is said to want to satisfy the needs of the buying public who are still interested in durable devices with an extended lifespan battery.
Rumors say the new Nokia 3310 will have roughly the same design as its predecessor, but it will be lighter and finer. In addition, the phone could come with a larger color screen that uses Series 30 + UI (user interface), which will allow users to view more content. The new Nokia 3310 will be available in red, green, yellow, black, gray and blue.
The 2017 version of the device is expected to cost € 59 or £ 50.
According to Chinese website Vtech, the new Nokia 3310 will feature an 84x84 color display.
