An ISO file contains everything you need to write to a DVD or a USB stick. Ophcrack LiveCD ISO contains SliTaz (a Linux distribution), Ophcrack software, and other files required to retrieve the passwords you want.

Ophcrack LiveCD is completely automated, so it will be quite easy for you even if you have absolutely no experience with Linux.

After downloading Ophcrack ISO, you should choose to pass Ophcrack to a disc (DVD), or to a USB.
