Furniture had largely avoided the smart technology revolution in the , but apparently their time has come. Or to be precise, she came Ori their. Ori Systems' robotic furniture comes, and seems to be a good idea especially for those who want to save space in an apartment or a small home.Ori Systems

Designer Yves Behar collaborated with Ori Systemsto create a series of architectural robotic units that can be used as your home furniture.

Ori uses modular mechatronics to deliver a full-scale sleepera, lounges, and offices in one unit. From a folding bed to a desk with adjustable shelves and cabinets, the Ori (derived from origami) allows you to have additional space in your living room with the push of a button (or using the app).
