An unknown team (the Pangu), but as it seems with several "friendships" from the old known jailbreakers just released the untethered jailbreak for iOS 7.1.1. The jailbreak scene does not seem to be so happy with the event, as hackers from Pangu.io with this release "burned" exploits that could be used for the jailbreak of iOS 8.
According to our acquaintance iH8sn0w, the tool released by Pangu installs Cydia as well as the well-known illegal Chinese "shop" with cracked apps. iH8sn0w reports that the tool is completely safe.
Of course we do not recommend it installation of, and if you wish to do so proceed at your own risk.
