Panopreter is one software text-to-speech allows you to listen to the text on a computer. It is an intuitive and easy-to-use text-to-speech software for Windows users.
Reads any text with natural voices, supports reading your selected text in any other windows software or copied it to the Windows clipboard. It also converts the text to mp3, wav, ogg and flac audio files so you can listen to the audio files on a portable media player later at your convenience.
The software runs locally on your computer, which means that your text will not be sent over the Internet.
