Sometimes, you can paste as plain text, using the options provided by the webpage you want to paste. For example, in the vBulletin and WordPress forums, there is a special option that can change the "dynamic" text to plain text. However, in many other cases, such an option may not be available.
Firefox browser comes with a built-in paste option as plain text. Instead of the Ctrl + V paste shortcut, just use Shift + Ctrl + V. The Shift plus shortcut does the trick for you natively, so you don't need to install any plugins or extensions. (Needless to say, after selecting the text you want to copy the Ctrl+C shortcut will easily do it for you)
This trick also works on other Mozilla products. For example, in Mozilla Thunderbird, you can copy a part of the message and paste it into the text of the reply without formatting the first message.
