Microsoft is preparing to release new aggregates updates on established Patch Tuesday. Upcoming updates will come with security fixes just like every month.
For Windows 10 users, cumulative updates are especially important because they usually cover all known security gaps.
In addition to the cumulative updates known to everyone, Microsoft also releases delta updates. Delta includes all changes made since the previous update and is only available for systems that are already up-to-date.

Recently, Microsoft released cumulative update KB4090913 for PCs running the Windows Update Fall Creators Update, as well as update KB4092077 for PCs running Windows 10 Creators Update.
As with any new update, Microsoft recommends that customers install the patches as soon as possible, although some have learned that it is best to wait for a topic to be reported.
Cumulative updates have occasionally caused headaches for Windows 10 users, as some of them fail to install, causing problems for computers.
