PCLinuxOS 2019.09 for Windows friends

Distributors of PCLinuxOS have announced the release of the latest 2019.09 stable release. PCLinuxOS: This is a systemd-free distribution and very user friendly. KDE Plasma "Wears" 5.16.5 which just released the latest Linux kernel 5.2.15:

“PCLinuxOS 2019.08 KDE Full Edition has been released and is available for download. It has Linux 5.2.15, all KDE Applications in version 19.08.1, the KDE Framework 5.62, and the KDE Plasma 5.16.5 ″
