PhotoDemon is a well-designed photo editor for devices Microsoft Windows. It is light (only 12 Megabytes), portable and very fast when it comes to opening photos, applying effects or editing and saving.
It is a portable program for Windows environments, that is, it does not need to be installed and does not requireehi administrator permission to run. Works for Windows XP to Windows 10.
Simply download the file from its official page on github, unzip it to the system and run the PhotoDemon application immediately. The developer promises that the program leaves no traces on your system, except for the files that are placed in the temporary folder.

It can read common image file formats, RAW camera formats and Adobe Photoshop PSD files, gif and png animations, and Windows ICOs.
