Get rid of annoying popups

You are also one of those who do not like them popups; So-called overlay pop-ups are a form of online advertising that many of you find extremely annoying. These popups ads usually appear above the page content as opposed to regular popups, which appear in a separate window in front of or behind the program window popups popups popups

Often these ads that appear above the content of the page hide it by making it impossible to read something.

But there are other websites that leave you no choice.

The extension of Google Chrome, Overlay Blocker offers you a solution for these overlay ads. Adds an option to its right click browser context to close all overlay ads on a page.

There is another similar extension, BehindTheOverlay, also available for Google Chrome. It supports the exact same feature but with of your keyboard. To use it press Ctrl-Shift-X and the overlay ad will be removed automatically.

Η BehindTheOverlay extension it's not automated, but it's much better. You can of course try both of the links we quote.
