If you like fishing, PowerVision's new underwater drone is probably for you. THE company at CES the PowerRay, an underwater drone that uses sonar technology and "internal lights to lure fish." So it can locate and attract fish up to 30 meters underwater.
It is designed to "redefine recreational fishing," according to the makers. The drone utilizes a powerful “fish finder” component to locate them, but also a video camera that enables you to capture video in analysis 4K.
The device is also equipped with a Wi-Fi connection that allows you to videos and photos directly to your smartphone through special applications for iOS and Android.
What is even more impressive at PowerRay is that it also supports the integration of virtual reality.
PowerVision has reportedly developed one mode which allows users to pair the drone with the company's VR glasses for a more immersive experience. Apart from that, the device works with “gravity and gestures.” This means you can control the drone simply by moving your head.
The new underwater drone will be available for pre-orders at a price that has not been announced yet next February.
