QuadRooter Scanner check your Android device directly

QuadRooter Scanner is a new app for devices which scans your device to find out if it has been affected by the QuadRooter vulnerability, which was recently discovered by Checkpoint.

Attackers can exploit vulnerability using specially crafted applications. The application does not require a special license according to the researchers, and could give attackers full control over an Android device, and unrestricted access to sensitive personal. This vulnerability also provides an attacker with keylogging, GPS tracking and video and audio recording.

The researchers provided a short list of the affected devices. These include the Google Nexus 5X and 6, the new Moto X, One, 2 and 3, Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, Sony Xperia U Ultra, LG G5 and G5 and many many more.
