Raspberry Pi just introduced Pi Zero, a programmable computer that only costs 5 dollars! The new mini computer is available from today.
Pi Zero is currently, o smallers computer the company has built, and it packs enough power and components to allow it to match other devices in the Pi family. In fact, it is half the size of the A+ model released last year, but offers twice the performance.
So for 5 dollars, you can get a Broadcom BCM2835 processor that is 40 percent faster than Raspberry Pi 1 and 512MB RAM.
There is also a microSD memory card slot, a mini-HDMI slot that offers output video with Full HD resolution and 60 frames per second. The new device comes with a Micro-USB connector for data and charging.
Raspberry Pi founder Eben Upton said they developed a low-cost computer to enable people, learn programming, and experiment electronically.
