RFID CHIP: Vulnerability of payment card privacy

The process is simple, with a special RFID CHIP reader that is used as if it is the terminal (POS) fools the card and it gives all the data that has been registered !!!

And then with a magnetic card recorder (anything that has magnetic tape… !!!) clones the card…
What can someone do with these items? after cloning our card from shopping to restaurants and shops to internet subscriptions and one God knows what else !!!
