Russia wants Apple's source code

The reports that Russian officials have requested a meeting with Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), and SAP. They will explicitly ask the two big ones λογισμικού να δώσουν στην κυβέρνηση πρόσβαση στον πηγαίο them so that they understand how it works and how their regular citizen users using an iPhone or Mac are not being spied on by the United States or the United Nations.

Apple Source Code

Obviously, the trigger for this request relates to the revelations of Edward Snowden of 2013. And other countries have the same fears, but so far none of them has asked Apple to reveal its source code.

Apple regularly publishes portions of the source code to the Its Open Source. So far, both Apple and SAP have declined to comment on this story, and it remains to be seen whether Russia's request will be granted.
