A very good short post by Steve Kocach in Business Insider, who spoke to sources following her reaction Samsung μετά τη διπλή ανάκληση του Galaxy Note 7.
If we do not change, we do not survive, says Samsung.
Part of this change, it seems, is to be able to be sure that all of their products are fully screened before they are released to the public. Moving fast steps in her world technology, but not at her expense better safetyof the products. Samsung learned a hard lesson and is now preparing for changes.
But we are talking about a holistic change and maybe a reinvention of the company. A company that until this time was considered a brilliant example in the global history of success.
Of course, the points that the Korean company "suffers" are known to the general public: In addition to the safety of the products on the market, it also seems to lack innovative ideas.
But it is not the only one. After Steve Jobs's death, the ideas seem to have diminished by making copy paste a common survival practice among technology companies.
The launch of an absolutely new product that will be safe for the company's customers will probably be able to make the difference, no matter what the company's brand name.
But since we have heard a lot, let's wait and see the deeds…
