Η Samsung Electronics Hellas invites all interested parties to register 9th Samsung Service Lab Workshop, which will take place on 16 and 17 February, at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub of the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens - INNOVATHENS.
The two-day educational seminar, overall durationof eight hours (Hours: 09.00 -13.00 respectively), offers technical knowledge and skills to provide repair services for smartphones.
It is aimed at students, students and unemployed, with technical direction in the field of electronics / telecommunication.
The aim of this workshop is to get acquainted with after sales customer support processes and more specifically to disseminate know-how on the repair part, quality indicator management, and customer management.
