After weeks, it seems that a fight between FBI and Apple is over today, at least in the federal court that has begun it all.
The Government of USA officially declared that he succeeded in obtaining access on the iPhone 5C used by the San terrorist Bernardino, Syed Rizwan Farook.
"The FBI has now successfully recovered the data stored on the San Bernardino terrorists' iPhone and therefore no longer requires the assistance of Apple required by this judgment." said US Department of Justice spokeswoman Melanie Newman.
The Justice Department also reported (as expected) that this method the feds were able to unlock the device only works on this particular phone, which is an iPhone 5C that ran a version iOS 9.
Of course this statement is very convenient for the Federals, who do not want to report the security gap to Apple…

Experts, however, argue that breaking into a single phone is impossible, and that once the vulnerability has been found it could easily be used to access each device.
