After weeks, it appears that the feud between the FBI and Apple is ending today, at least at the federal level court where it all started.
The Government of USA δήλωσε επισήμως ότι κατάφερε να αποκτήσει πρόσβαση στο iPhone 5C που χρησιμοποιήθηκε από τον τρομοκράτη του San Bernardino, Syed Rizwan Farook.
"The FBI has now successfully recovered the data stored on the San Bernardino terrorists' iPhone and therefore no longer requires the assistance of Apple required by this judgment." said Msfaceof the US Department of Justice Melanie Newman.
The Ministry of Justice also reported (as expected) that this method the federalists managed to unlock the device only works on this particular phone, which is an iPhone 5C that was running a version of iOS 9.
Of course this statement is very convenient for the Feds, who don't want to report it to Apple security gap...

Experts, however, argue that breaking into a single phone is impossible, and that once the vulnerability has been found it could easily be used to access each device.
