Microsoft announced yesterday that Satya Nadella will be the new CEO of the company, with Steve Ballmer retiring but staying on board for years to come.
Nadella one of the first things he did as CEO of Microsoft was to send a brief message on Twitter stating that he really wants to stay in touch with the company's fans using social media.
"First commitment as CEO: I will not wait 4 years for the next tweet!" because the previous one he published was on July 11, 2010.
As Neowin says, this tweet only makes Satya Nadella the most active Microsoft CEO in terms of social media, as Bill Gates did not have a Twitter account when he was managing director while Steve Ballmer did not have never publish anything.
