Why do you want someone to quickly disable Windows? Sometimes, you may want to quickly shut down your PC. Perhaps because your police are stinging the door, or your mother is ready to snuggle in the room while surfing in not as much as you need websites, or just do not want to wait for your computer to shut down in its usual way. 
There are two ways to close Windows faster than usual.
Most users of Windows use the start button to browse its menu and click "Finish". And of course, depending on the version you are using, this means that you will make some mouse movements as well as some clicks to turn off the computer.
But there are faster ways, let's look at them….
The power button
If you press the power button, the computer will shut down automatically. Although this is considered the quickest method, since all you need is to keep the button pressed for a few seconds, it is not the quickest option.
Also, there is a possibility that this method may corrupt the file system, the operating system or the programs that were open, and run and not arrive later.
The complex shortcut
While you can use the mouse and keyboard to close Window, you can achieve the same goal by using only the keyboard.
This method is often or faster, since all it takes is to hit a key combination without touching the mouse at all. The main issue here is that the sequence is different and proportional to the operating system you are using:
Windows 7: Press the Windows key, then press the right arrow, then press "Enter"
Windows 10: Press the Window button, then X, u, u
The alternative to hit Alt-F4 and then Enter is usually faster. And it works on all other versions of Windows.

- Right-click on a free position on the desktop and select New> Shortcut.

- Click Next to continue.
- Name as you want the shortcut or just keep the name you suggest. This is the description of the icon that will appear below the desktop shortcut.
- If you run Windows 7 or a later version, you can pin your shortcut to the taskbar if you like to keep your desktop clean.
Advice : You can set a keyboard shortcut in the shortcut to execute the command from anywhere on the system. Right-click on the shortcut you created on the desktop and select "Properties" from the submenu. Locate the Shortcut field, click on it and to declare a shortcut press the Ctrl key and then whichever button you like, for example, Ctrl-F11 or any other shortcut you feel comfortable with and not used by Windows or another program.

- s means shutting down the computer.
- t specifies the time limit before closing, which in this case is zero seconds.
Since you can assign a shortcut key to the above function, then it is definitely the quickest option available to close a Windows computer.
