Samsung has just announced that it will soon release new SD and microSD cards for smartphones and other devices. Upcoming Pro Plus and EVO Plus memory cards will be available with different features and sizes.
For example, the new memory card PRO Plus of Samsung it can be used by those who want to store 4K UHD professional quality photos and videos created by DSLR cameras, smartphones, and tablets.
According to the company, they will have a high recording and reading speed with speeds up to 95MB / s and 90MB / s, respectively. Both PRO Plus SD and microSD memory cards are in the UHS-I Speed Class 3 and Speed Class 10. PRO Plus cards will be able to store from 32GB to 64GB.
The next line of memory cards to be released by the company is EBO Plus. They will be available for SD and microSD. They aim to "meet the ever-increasing demands for content creation and storage" by those who use smartphones, tablets, compact cameras and HD camcorders.
Samsung claims that EVO Plus will have read and write speeds from 80MB / s and 20MB / s, respectively, and fall under the UHS-I Speed Class 1 and Speed Class 10.
EVO Plus cards will be available for purchase with possibilities 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage. The South Korean company says the 128GB version of the EVO Plus card can store up to 10.940 photos, 30670 songs or 980 minutes of Full HD video recording.
In addition, Samsung has confirmed that all models of Pro Plus, PRO, EVO Plus and EVO SD cards have been specifically developed to support any device with reception for SD or microSD card, regardless of device brand.
