SkyWall 100: Drones start and appear more and more often, even in places that should not exist. So lately, many have been focused on developing solutions that are designed to keep drones away from stadiums, airports and government buildings.
Most drones snag solutions have focused on the aerial battle, but SkyWall 100 has a different approach. The goal is not to destroy the drone, but to grab it in the air. This is accomplished with an air missile containing a net.
The SkyWall 100 was developed by a team of English technicians and has a "cannon" that weighs 10 kg and can be adjusted to the shooter's shoulder. It works with compressed air and can send a net up to "catch" the provocative drone. It can capture a drone at a height of 100 meters.
The system uses a smart software which automatically corrects the path and distance of the drone while targeting.
After pulling the trigger the SkyWall 100 sends a projectile containing a net in order to blueit hits the drone's propellers before opening a parachute and gently drifting them to the ground.
At the moment nothing has been announced about her price or the availability of the "weapon", but the first units are scheduled to be made available by the end of this year.'
