If you are a fan of the classic cutting application (Snipping Tool) of Windows, we have bad news for you. Starting with Windows version 1809, Microsoft may remove the app. Don't worry, it won't happen overnight, but it will happen at some point.
Snipping Tool is a very simple and useful application that Windows has by default. Created to take screenshots. 
The Snipping Tool first came with the Tablet PC Edition of Windows XP. When it became mainstream it was also used in Windows Vista. It is able to capture screenshots of a window, μιας περιοχής της οθόνης ή ολόκληρου του περιεχομένου της οθόνης. The official release notes but Windows 10 build 17704 include the following comment:
As mentioned with Build 17661, we are in the process of updating Windows. If you upgrade to the current version, you will see a note in the clipping tool. We do not currently have any plans to remove the clipping tool in the next update of Windows 10. If you have not already done so, please take some time to try the Screen Sketch application and learn how it works. The Screen Sketch app will provide you with all the features of the cropping tool with additional enhancements. You can start the application immediately, or just press WIN + Shift + S, click on the back of your stylus or press the Print Screen key.
The Snipping Tool displays a notification stating that it will be removed in a future update.
